ISI Hellas Human Resources

Today, ISI Hellas has approximately sixty personnel employed. This includes over fifty Engineers in the disciplines of Systems, Software, Hardware and Integration and Testing. Of the Engineering Staff, 50% hold Master's Degrees and 8% hold PhDs.  We are constantly looking for innovative and talented people to join our team.

All of ISI Hellas' personnel hold NATO and Greek National Security Clearances.

The Senior Management Team of ISI Hellas all have strong operational and technical backgrounds that provide an excellent 'sounding board' for the innovative design ideas of the Engineering Staff.

Organizational Structure

Being a high technology company, the Technical Department makes up the majority of the employees. Within the Technical Department, Software Engineering is the largest group, with Integration and Test Engineering being the next largest. Quality Assurance and Configuration Management are independent from the Technical Department. The reporting structure is shown below.
